The Dinkelacker CD and Weiss Rössl are both Helles-style beers. Starting with the first beer, it has a very strong first taste, almost like a high carbonation sharpness. That dissipates relatively quickly and you taste malt and wheat for the overall flavor. It does have a nice citrus note as well, especially in the aftertaste. If anyone is curious and wants a little trivia, the CD of the name stands for Carl Dinkelacker.

The next beer is a bit different. It still has some citrus notes but it’s also much more bitter and has a scoop of spicy hops. So it’s almost like there are dueling (dual?) flavors happening. You get the citrus and wheat along with a strong herb flavor. It actually tastes quite good overall if you enjoy more hops in your beer.
